This cutie is like a baby rubber plant. It came home with me as one of the first plants my husband and I bought together on our honeymoon. It has not grown much, but I didn't expect it too because I had it almost 13 feet away from a West-facing window. It is such an outgoing plant, and so hard to kill (if you don't over water it).
- I allow the plant to dry out in between waterings. When the plants start to droop slightly and the leaves start to feel tender, I give it some more water. I just tend to water all my plants from the bottom because I feel like its less messy and the plant is able to more gradually take in the water it needs.
- If you want this plant to grow, give it bright indirect light. If you don't mind it staying small, you can get away with having it further away because this is not a picky plant. However, anytime I water it, I always bring it closer to the window for a couple days so that the water doesn't stay too wet for too long and eventually rot.
- Well draining soil, always.
